The outer sect is located on a cliff near the village.

It was a rowdy morning as a group of disciples are running all over the place while doing their daily chores.

I was able to enter the sect and was assigned to the alchemy branch. It seems that no matter what I wanted to do if those that are power wanted something, I will not get what I wanted.
