If You Stay Here, I'll Be Worried.

After hugging, Lu Jingyi felt much better.

She didn't want to be harsh on Ma Songweng. She knew he had been living with full of guilt up until now. She can't help but felt angry.

Her mother dying scene would appeared in her mind when she saw Ma Songweng. That's why she told them not to let her see them again.

Seeing how Lu Jingyi was still in a slightly bad mood, Mo Zhexuan lifted her hand and kiss the back of it.

Lu Jingyi was startled by his action and looked at him in confusion.

"What are you doing?"

"Can't you see I'm kissing my fiancée's hand? Why asked a silly and obvious question?"

Mo Zhexuan teased her with his mischievous smile. He then rubbed the her hand gently.

"I-I was just surprised. I can't believe you can still teased me when you're injured."

"Even though I'm injured, that doesn't mean I'm crippled."

Lu Jingyi's mouth twitched as she listen to Mo Zhexuan. But she actually felt better than before. His teasing worked like a charm.

"Go home, Jingyi. I will be fine. It's getting late. Have some rest. I'm calling Assistant Yan to drive you home."

"I want to stay here and take care of you."

Mo Zhexuan was touched by her words but he won't yield. He doesn't want Lu Jingyi to be exhausted when taking care of him.

"No. I don't want you to stress out. Go home. Come here tomorrow."

"But--"

"No buts. If you stay here, I will be worried. When I'm worried about you, I won't get a good night sleep. And when I'm not resting well, my wound would not heal fast. So, Jingyi, listen to me, go back home."

Mo Zhexuan was determined of his words. Lu Jingyi didn't want to leave but his words successfully made her changed her mind.

Pursing her lips, she responded in nodding although she's reluctant to do so.

"My brother's right, Sister-in-law. You should go home and rest. Mr. Lu might be worried about you. I will help you take care of my brother."

Mo Zhexi came out of nowhere and just showed up. He volunteered to stay back just so Lu Jingyi can have a piece of mind.

Mo Zhexuan frowned when he saw his brother.

"Where did you come from?"

"Oh, come on, brother. Don't you miss me? You're injured and I came to visit you and coincidently I heard the conversation you guys had. And so I volunteered to help take care until Sister-in-law come tomorrow."

Mo Zhexuan rolled his eyes. Mo Zhexi must have something that he needs from him when he said to take care of him.

But his words did made Lu Jingyi felt relieved. At least Mo Zhexuan had someone to take care of.

"Okay, I'll leave him into your hands. Zhexuan, I will come tomorrow."

Mo Zhexuan nodded and he called Assistant Yan to come and send Lu Jingyi home.

Assistant Yan just finished his task in 'cleaning' up the mess. He felt like his neck is going to break. What a day.

He then received a call from Mo Zhexuan and he knew his work was not done yet. Well, it happens all the time.

The three of them chatted until Assistant Yan came and fetch Lu Jingyi. She bid goodbye to them and left.

After she left, Mo Zhexuan smile faded away. He looked at Mo Zhexi who's also staring at him.

"Spit it out. What do you want?"

"Hehe..... I'm want a full week vacation, brother. Can I?"

He knew it. Mo Zhexi this brat doesn't even care about his own brother and just asked him for something.
