"Midnight Courtship" 

Ainsley was once again speechless at what happened to the spirits inside the cave. To think there was a correct order to choose shamans as if they were picking cabbages...

Well, most shamans out there hunted down spirits and made contracts with them through a duel until the spirit acknowledged the shaman's strength. 

Here, the spirits could see at a glance which shaman would suit them the most and they were also more sensitive to the strength of these shamans. 

Because the shamans that came to this place were limited in number, the spirits had to pick shamans on their own initiative and the shamans had a low status here. 

Thus, shamans came here to be 'chosen', unlike when they usually came to places full of spirits to hunt down spirits and chose spirits as they liked. 

Here, they were the ones being chosen. 

Many shamans from the guild who had entered this place a few times all took pride in being chosen by a lot of spirits.
