The blood clan members did have various resources, but they earned those resources through blood, sweat and tears. 

It was completely different from the celestials who could easily get those foreign resources that one couldn't find in this world! 

The celestials also became the backer of the Gasha Country, which means they got a lot of local resources from this world besides the otherworldly resources. 

How could the celestials not grow strong enough to be one of the 7 big races?
