As he heard Sarah's words spoken with determination, a shiver ran down Elias's spine. Back then when they were being hunted down at the hotel, some dark thoughts had made their way into his mind, and he was starting to worry about his own sanity. Now when he heard Sarah say that she was experiencing the same feelings made him conflicted.

He tightened his arms around her unable to speak for a moment, Sarah was his everything, she represented the sun in his life, and even though he could be stubborn about a lot of things, he wouldn't compromise for her. He would abandon everything in order to be with her. Yet she'd never ask that from him.
