Y/n g-got.....

*next week

Another week passed by. They both were getting really busy. They rarely had time to talk to each other.

Y/n would always be cautious of her surrounding. She can figure out who looks suspicious.

Jungkook would return home late. And Y/n would wait for him at the couch, and she'd doze off there.

Jungkook always felt guilty and worried about her. He carried her and placed her in her bed and would walk back to his room. He would stay up all night and worry about her.

'What if something happens to her?' He always thought and shook off those thoughts. But they'd return again.

There wasn't a day he could sleep, peacefully. He thought maybe having feelings for her was a mistake, but he would shake it off. He didn't wanna think neagtive and thought to speak it out to Y/n.

It was Saturday, and Y/n was in the kitchen. He approached to her and pulled her closer to him.

"I missed you so much." he said and hugged her.

"me too." She said and enjoyed the few moments she had with him.

"Y/n, I need to talk to you." he said.

"What is it?" She asked.

"You might need to sit down for this." he said.

"I'll finish this and come." She said and he nodded and waited for her on the couch.

She finished the cooking and placed it down. And she headed and sat next to Jungkook.

"What is it?" She asked.

"Y/n, are you happy here?" He asked.

"Why wouldn't I?" She said and looked confused at him. He held her hands and drew circles.

"Y/n, I feel really worried about you. Everytime I leave you alone here, I can't stop thinking about you. I get really scared if something might happen to you." He said. Y/n didn't say anything and just listened to him, patiently.

"I don't want you to get hurt cause of me. I feel like I made a mistake falling for you." He said.

"Kookie, none of us made a mistake. I know these words are not coming from your heart. You're saying this for me, to be safe. Kookie, you are my happiness. I understand you are worried about me getting hurt. I don't mind getting hurt. Cause I do this for you. I'll do anything for you to not get hurt. Say whatever you want, I'm not gonna leave you."

Hearing this, Jungkook was in the verge of crying.

"Y/n." he said and hugged her tight.

Y/n hugged him back and comforted him. He buried his head in her neck.

She broke the hug and looked at him and wiped his tears.

She kissed him and looked at him.

"I know it is difficult for us to have this kind of relationship, but it doesn't matter. I understand you and you understand me, this is more than enough for a stable relationship. It always doesn't need to be able to spend time together." She said.

"I'll make it up to you. I'll take a week off, and we'll spend time together." he said.

"Kookie, you really don't need to do that." She said.

"For what I've done, you really need a romance dose." He said. She smiled hearing him say "romance dose".

Y/n pulled Jungkook and he was on top of her. She hugged his neck and kissed him on his cheeks.

"What more can I ask for?" She said and they both smiled.

Jungkook turned and now Y/n was on top of him. Y/n rested her head on his chest.

Jungkook tightened his grip on her and whispered,

"I love you."

"I love you too." She whispered and they lay like that and slept.

As Jungkook said, he took off from everything for a week and wanted to spend time only with Y/n.

They spent three days at home, cause Y/n had to at least work for three days at the hospital. Jungkook would, at times accompany her.

Today, they planned on going to a restaurant. He took her to one of the most expensive restaurants. But Y/n stopped and he looked confused at her.

"What happened Aein?" He asked.

"This big?! I really don't like big and expensive things." She said.

"Ok, then tell me where you want to go." He said and tucked her ahir behind her ear.

"A normal restaurant. Not so big." She said.

He smiled and nodded and they sat in and drove to another restaurant.

"Here we are, at your favourite place." He said. Y/n's eyes grew as she saw her favourite restaurant.

"H-how do you know this is my favourite place?" She asked shocked. He smiled.

They both got down and walked holding each other's hands.

They sat down and ordered their favourites.

"It's really delicious." He said.

"Here!" She said and fed him a bite.

"Hmmm, this is even more delicious." He said. Y/n punched him playfully.

They finished eating and sat in the car. While Jungkook was reversing, Y/n noticed something was off.

She saw two guys standing and they took out a gun immediately and shot it at the car.

"JUNGKOOK!" Y/n shouted and pushed him to the side.

The bullet hit Y/n's right shoulder.

"Y/N!!!" Jungkook shouted realising what had happened.

"Y/n? Y/n?" He called her and shook her.

"Jungkook." she hardly whispered.

"Y/n, stay with me. Don't leave me. Y/n, wake up." He said and drove to the hospital immediately.

It was a hospital, run by Jin's friend. If they need to check anything, they would go there.

Jungkook called his hyungs.

"Hello hyung. Y/n.... Y/n..." he couldn't say anything else.

"Kook first calm down and tell what happened." Jin, on the other line, said.

"Y/n got shot." He said.

"What? How?" He asked.

He said him everything and how it all happened.

"Ok, we'll come there." he said and cut the call.

Jin said the others what happened and they all left to the hospital.

*after sometime

"Kook!" Namjoon spotted Jungkook and called him.

"Hyung." he said and ran to them.

"Hyung, I need you guys to look after Y/n, I will come back." He said but got stopped by Jimin.

"Where are you going?" he asked.

"To find the guy who shot her. Don't stop me in this hyung." He said. Jimin left his hand and he went.

Jungkook knew who it could probably be.

At the hospital :

The doctor came out and the others got up and crowded the doctor.

"How is she? is she fine?" Yoongi asked.

"Yeah she is alright. She is fine now. We have removed the bullet. She'll be awake within few hours." The doctor said.

"Thank you Jae-jin." Jin said.

"You've done a lot for me. Wouldn't I do this for you guys? You can go, see her now." He said and they all went in.

They all were scattered around y/n, focusing on her when she'd wake up.

While Jungkook went to find the person. He knew a place where his men would stay.

He reached there and loaded his gun and got down.

"Weren't you the one who shot her?" He asked and shot people who came near him, one by one.

There was only one guy left, the guy who shot Y/n.

"Tell me. You are the one right?" He said and placed the gun in his head, holding his collar.

"If you don't tell me now, you'll see hell." He said.

"I-I'll tell." he said.

"Ki-ha's son, Jang Ki-ha asked me to. He said me to shoot you but it hit her." He said in fear.

He left his collar and pushed him down. He turned and was furious.

"But you still hurt her, so this is what you get." he turned back at him and shot him twice and got into his car and drove to another place.

He soon reached the place and got out of his car and walked into the complex.

"Where is he? WHERE IS HE?" He raised his voice.

"Hey! Who allowed you to come in?" The guard said and protested with Jungkook. But Jungkook fought with him and went in to a room.

"Here you are." He said and walked over to him. He held his collar.

"What do you want?" Jungkook asked him.

"Nothing." He said coolly.

"Loos like you are worried about her." Jang said.

"If anything happens to her, you will be dead." He said and left his collar and walked away.

Jungkook drove back again.

Meanwhile at the hospital, it had been almost 5 hours and Y/n hasn't still woken up.

"Hyung, when will Jungkook come?" Taehyung asked.

"He'll come soon." Jin said.

Y/n slowly opened her eyes and looked around her.

"Hyung, she's awake!" Jimin said. The others gathered around her as soon as they heard him.

"Y/n, are you ok?" Namjoon asked.

"Ne oppa." She said and searched for someone.

"Wh-where's Jungkook?" She asked as she tried to sit up. Hoseok helped her sit up.

"He'll c-" Before Namjoon could finish, Jungkook barged in calling her name.

"Y/N!" He called and ran to her bed.

Jungkook came to the hospital and asked the nurse how Y/n was and she said she is awake now. Hearing it he ran all the way, without taking the lift.

"We'll wait outside." Yoongi said and they all went out.

"Y/n, gwenchana?" he asked as he stood next to her.

"Yes." She said, putting a smile on her face, cause she didn't want him to worry so much.

He hugged her and caressed her hair.

"I-I'm sorry Y/n." he said.

Y/n broke the hug and held his hand, gesturing him to sit down.

"It's not your fault. You did nothing wrong." She said, wiping his tears.

"I didn't pay attention to our surroundings." He said.

"Kookie, look at me." She said.

She wiped his tears and cupped his cheek with her free hand.

"I'm glad you are safe." She said and caressed his hair.

"Kookie, it's not your fault. Don't cry, jebal." She said. She moved forward and kissed his forehead.

"It's ok. I'm fine." She said.

"Kookie, please don't cry." As she said, a tear dropped from her eyes.

She was feeling sad seeing him cry.

She gestured him to lay on her laps. He laid his head on her lap and Y/n caressed his face and hair. She felt every part of his face.

"I love you Aein." He said.

"I love you too, Kookie." she said and admired him.

He held her hand, tight, and kissed it. She pinched his cheeks. They both, looked at each other, holding hands.
