Secrets(Anna's POV)

Everyone of us has secrets that they don't want to reveal to anyone. Because that secret can be our weakness. And when you are weak, more people will mock and play with your feelings. 

However, some of us think of this secret as a curse and burden that hinders us from moving forward.

"Anna, you don't need to push yourself okay,"

Even though she's smiling and caressing my hair and face with her warm palm, I can feel how the pain inflicted on her from my father stings. She used to smile a lot in front of me, as if she's trying to hide me away from reality.

We're not a rich family. My father was a worker at a construction site, and my mom was once a university teacher. She was a good teacher. The reason why I got my eyes open to education when I was 4.
