Chapter 20: Meeting (I)

"Thank you for gathering her today. I assure you, this would be very important and would not be a waster of your time." All Might was in his muscular form in front of everyone present. They were all important figures of their own right: Nezu, the principle of UA Highschool; Recovery girl, the person who played a big part in ensuring his survival; Hisoka, the 5th generation president of the Pro Hero Association and many other doctors and important figures.

They were currently in a huge meeting room with the capacity of about fifty people. They all knew that All Might was severely injured in his clash with All for One, and could only sustain his 'muscular' form for a maximum of three hours. They didn't want to push him but frowned, noticing that something was wrong.

They knew All Might wasn't stupid and would willingly waste his time on something meaningless as this meeting, so they just waited for his explanation, albeit impatiently.

"You are probably wondering right now, why am I in my muscular form now?" He pulled up his shirt revealing his left chest. As soon as the people present laid their eyes on his body, collective gasps and shouts of surprise could be heard around the room.

"H...how? How did that injury heal?" A number 1 surgeon in Asia gasped. He was in his early 30s, and was very talented, quickly rising up to fame with his quirk, 'Room', which allowed him to have an almost 100% success rate in almost every surgery he had done. Unfortunately it could only work on unconscious targets, otherwise he would have been a pro hero instead. His success streak was unfortunately broken when he decided to do All Might's surgery. He could stabilise his injuries, allowing him to live longer when working together with Recovery girl, but he could not fully cure him, which had been his sole regret ever since he had awakened his quirk.

Recovery girl wasn't faring much better. Her jaw was dropped seeing his smooth and new muscles. It was as though he was never injured at all. Her quirk, 'Heal' could heal every illness with a kiss, save for the injuries that were extremely serious, such as All Might's injuries. However, no matter how good she heals, she couldn't heal the injury until all the scars were gone, she could only make it as less visible as possible.

Nezu and Hisoka were shocked as well, but they quickly kept their heads. Nezu because he had already inferred that something big was going to be announced in this meeting since All Might himself had asked for it. One should know that All Might would only do his hero work, and that was his first priority. And now? He was actually sacrificing his hero work to announce something? That something must be of top importance. So even though the fact that All Might's injury was healed was surprising and wasn't part of his expectations, he quickly calmed down.

Hisoka had similar thoughts to Nezu, but he currently had more information than the dog-mouse-bear chimera. He had noticed All Might's serious gaze when he looked at the two children who were beside him earlier. Especially when he heard the words 'Weapon Summoning' and 'Rewind'. He knew what 'Rewind' meant - a time related quirk, which was very rare and at the same time, very dangerous. He didn't know what 'Weapon Summoning' comprises, but he saw the broom which he casually summoned to change his appearance, and he knew that the weapons he summons would be anything but ordinary. What he was surprised by, though, was All Might's shocked face as well. He didn't know why, but he knew it was of utmost importance.

The others in the room had similar expressions as well. They were all top of their business whether it be medicine, surgery, healing, life-force manipulation, and so on, and they were all confident to say that his injury couldn't be fully healed, and yet reality proved them wrong.

"Can I have silence please?" All Might's voice came from the front of the room, and the room instantly quietened down. Observing that everyone in the room was paying attention to him, All Might nodded and continued,"Yes, my injury was fully healed as of the day before yesterday. I tested it yesterday, and realised that I could switch form at will without any limitations on my body, proving that I had not only fully recovered, but also improved my control over the quirk, even if it was minimal."

All Might let those words sink in. Nezu and Recovery girl in particular paid a lot of attention to All Might, seeing that he was very important to the country to the former, while being a patient of the latter. They knew about the fact that All Might ran around Japan capturing villains left and right while pushing himself, at least that was what they thought until now.

"As for how I recovered, it was due to the kid that had just made an identity this morning, or more specifically, Phantom." All Might paused when the room erupted once again. Phantom approached All Might! This news was huge since no one could catch Phantom's trace, and yet he himself approached All Might?

"Yes, I have confirmed it myself, Phantom is a child, barely eight years old seeing from his height. I won't show his face unless he gives me his permission, and the face that he showed might not even be his real appearance, so until I can confirm it, I wouldn't be able to tell you. However, I can tell you that he's very powerful and dangerous. Seeing how his quirk worked on my wounds, I'm afraid that I won't be able to defeat him in a fight."

As soon as they heard All Might admitting that he couldn't defeat an eight-year-old child, they felt a chill down their spine. The number one hero in Japan couldn't win against a child.

Nezu, in particular, felt a headache coming. 'There are too many troubles happening! What is going on?!'

"Sigh, so more importantly, how exactly did he heal you? And does he pose any threat to society?" Nezu rubbed his head and asked the most important question.

That was what all the people present wanted to know as well. They didn't doubt All Might's words at all, if the number one hero couldn't accurately judge someone's strength, no one else could.

"I made a deal with him, stating that I would protect him at all cost, IF, and only if he doesn't commit any criminal or villainous act. So I can assure you that he won't pose a threat to society, unless you count disrupting people's day with random blast of music as a threat." All Might chuckled a bit as he said the last part before turning serious again.

"Up till now, he had shown four of his 'weapons', but we don't know whether he could summon more weapons on the same level as the previous four. Firstly, he called the first weapon 'Zafkiel', it is a big ancient clock that appears behind him. When he said 'Dalet', a black wisp of smoke appeared from the roman number 'IV' and entered the gun, which he promptly shot at me. Rather than healing me, I would rather call it 'reversing time' on me."
