#Selena's POV#

It was easy to feel bad, it was really easy to beat myself up.

Because I had promised to protect her and instead got my ass captured by the Beast and slipped into a coma for a long time.

Not to mention that because she wanted to rescue me, her boyfriend was put in a worse condition.

Great going, me!

'Looks like she managed without me though.' I think to myself, allowing Dane to feed me.

It was a relief to see things work out though so I had no complaints.

"Alright!" Cyril spoke up when the meal was almost over. "Now that we have all eaten, it's time to get to work." He started to say, staring at September.

"The Beast is still confined to the Mountains of Chaos." Cameron muttered, sprawling on the cleared space on the table in front of him.

I glance up at this. "I thought the war had started?"
