Time to know where to attack

Artirian then put his telescope down and then looked at the lead cadet that was beside him and with a rough voice he said "Have the northern command received our letter for reinforcement?"

then the lead cadet replied "Sir, I have no response from the Northern command, Sir" Then Artirian said "We are going to stay put in our trenches because I am not wasting my soldiers to fight those guns if we are already lacking in people. We will wait for further instructions from the northern command, for now, we will stay put and bare with the bombardments"

After that Artirian goes back to the strategic office. He sat and thought of a new plan for them to hold much longer until the help arrived. 

"Plan that can eliminate the enemy and can make our forces find a way to pin down the incoming republican army from the east and the incoming reinforcement of the barbarians from the north of us."
