Chapter 16

I roll on my side as my eyes flickers open, everywhere in my room is dark.

I rub a hand on my face. Swinging my feet over the bed so I could touch the floor.

I take in a deep breath. I get up and stumble. I'm so tired and now my body hurt from the fall. But I'm just too excited. Is it a dream or the babies really came out?

How did I get on my bed. I can only remember sleeping in the baby's room, or maybe it was just a dream. I suck in a deep breath.

In precipitation I'm out the door, darkness strikes me. I stop in my tracks. My eyes travels to the end of the hall and it's a blinding darkness.

Now I know why I don't go to the halls at night.

I hug myself.

I ain't scare of the dark Jesus is by my side. Right?

I get closer to the baby room, though I can't see clearly.

I hear a creaking sound of a door been pull open.
