After spending an hour for it, Ignis happily Took out A Huge piece of Blank white paper before drawing the Blueprint with a pencil he found in a desk here in the room.

Ignis decided to draw it just like Kyogre, But Ignis decided to Shrink the Huge fins of Kyogre here for a tiny bit.

After half an hour of drawing the Blueprint, Ignis Recalled both Gabite and charmaleon before heading to a blacksmith he found Here in Cerulean City.

Ignis walked down from the second floor and immediately stepped out from the Pokémon center and Sprinted at the Blacksmith Shop at the east side of Cerulean City.

It didnt take too long for Ignis as he immediately arrived in front of a blacksmith shop. Panting slightly, Ignis stepped in and Saw an old man Pounding a piece of iron with a 45 Kilo Hammer.

As if the old man felt his gaze, He lifted the goggles in his eyes and turned around, Only to Find a man wearing a Strange Wooden mask. The old man didnt know why but when he saw him wearing that mask, He felt the sense of Camaraderie. He immediately saw Ignis as a kindred.

" Hi there, What can i do for you? "

Ignis Felt the friendliness of the Smith but didnt found it strange although he was wearing such a creepy woo mask.

" Hello there, Mister. i have something here that might've interest you "

Then, Ignis took out the Blueprint from his Backpack and Showed the contents of it to the smith.

When the old Smith saw the Blueprint, Confusion filled his face.

" This is? "

Ignis saw the confusion in his face and was stunned that someone actually didn't recognized Kyogre! However, Ignis Shook his head and Explained what is the thing in this Blueprint.

After hearing His explanation, The old Smith's Eyes bulged with shock as he stared agape at Ignis.

" This is...What is it again? Uhmmm...Yeah! Revolutionary! That's right! Revolutionary. Young man, You do know that showing something so important as this was very risky right? "

Although The old man was shocked and overjoyed because of the new knowledge being implanted on his mind, He couldn't help but ask Ignis why he trust an old man like him and show something so precious like this even though this is the very first time they've met each other!

Ignis heard the old Smith's words and he Smiled Sincerely underneath his mask.

" Although This is the first time we've met, I can feel that mister Smith is very trustworthy so I won't hesitate to show you something as small as this "

Although old Smith couldn't see the face of the man Infront of him, He could still feel the sincerity in His voice with his own experience.

Then, The old man Smiled from ear to ear and thanked Ignis for his trust for him before immediately Starting this New and Incredible project given to him by his new friend.

Ignis watched the Spirited and Enthusiastic old man before looking around the shop. There, He saw medieval weapons like Swords, Spears, Bows and other weapons used during the medieval era. As Ignis was browsing through them all, He found a katana with a Black blade Hung at the wall with its scabbard below it.

It immediately Picked his interest and Ignis took the katana with black blade and swung it around and was surprised how Comfortable it felt in his hand. Gripping it tightly, Ignis Began to execute the Samurai art he had once Gave his all and practiced during his Highschool life. Although He forgot some minor moves, Ignis still remembered all the major moves of it.

The old smith, who was busily Pounding the Iron into like that of what was shown in the Blueprint, was shocked to see Ignis holding the Weapon Everyone, Including him wasn't able to lay their hands on!

Old smith Got that sword during His travel in his prime but when he arrived here in Cerulean City, Old smith was shocked at that time when he discovered that the sword will Grow hotter when someone tried to touch it! Since then, old smith took great effort just to hung it there while burning his hand at the process.

So when he saw Ignis swinging it around like how Old smith will while using a stick to fend off Those Vicious Spearows.

Old smith shot him a Strange look before indulging himself on his work.

It took The old man Three days Before being able To Create All the Components of seabreacher, Much to Ignis' shock and amazement. Even them who used Advance technologies Used eight months to complete a prototype but This old smith managed to complete it all within half a week!

Ignis and the old smith assembled the seabreacher While Following his memory and the Blueprint and when they were both done, They Admired the Stunning Appearance of this seabreacher. It was extremely identical to Kyogre except from the The See through Grey glass on Kyogre's Head.

Ignis and The old smith Tried the Seabreacher Whiel taking turns and Enjoyed the feeling.

After Thanking the old man, Ignis decided to give the blue print to him but he made the old smith to make an oath that only when Ignis' name Was known after he defeated the indigo League and the elite four will the old smith publicized this water vehicle.

The Old man asked why after he defeated both the indigo League and Elite four can he publicized the existence of this magnificent Babies but Ignis kept a mum over it.

The old man felt his Firmness on this matter and made an oath under Arceus' Name.

Ignis once again thanked him before taking the Seabreacher which he named S.BREACHER - K001 Into the black crystal and Bid his farewell to the old smith and continued his journey towards The next city.
