The Freshers Party

After going back to the hostel, I listened to the files that Stephon shared with me.

There were two audios in the file.

The first audio had the calming sounds of the rain, the thunderstorm, and the sound of the trees. It was giving the feeling of the monsoon in the hot summer season. It was perfect for boosting productivity.

The Second audio had the sounds of the sweet chirping of the birds, the flow of the water and the wind. This audio was perfect for sleep.

My mood was too calm after listening to those audios. After having dinner, I went to Perry's room. Nitika and Andy were already there and Shriya and Shriti also came.

While we were sitting in her room, a notification came to everyone's mobile. It was a message from the class group, "Day after tomorrow, there will be the fresher's party for the first-year students. Second-year students are also invited for the same. Please be there in the auditorium at 4'o clock in the evening".

"Wow, Nice", Nitika shouted.

"This time the party is late due to the late admissions. We'll definitely go there", Perry said.

"Yess, it will be fun", I replied.

"We went to the fresher's party last year, It was nice. But we were new in the college at that time and there were lots of restrictions due to the ragging. So we didn't enjoy it much. This year we are in 2nd year, We can do whatever we wanna do", Andy said with excitement.

"Yess, Let's decide our clothes today", Perry suggested.

"Yeah, sure", Shreya replied.

And then we helped each other in selecting the dress.

After the selection, we went to sleep.

The next day passed usually and we were too excited about the party, we discussed it for the whole day.

Fresher's party:

Due to the party, all the classes of first and second-year classes were suspended after 1 pm.

So after lunch we went back to our rooms and rested for some time.

I always got ready in less time, so I had to wait for them always.

I wore a black top ( It had a black and white check pattern below the collar and a net pattern on the collar to the sleeves ) and black jeans. I set my hair with a hairband and leave them open.

( My hair are quite curly and long, so I open them occasionally. )

I used minimal make-up today, and for me, minimal makeup means only eyeliner and lip gloss.

I was waiting in my room for Perry and others. It was 3:45 in the evening, Deera also got ready for the party and we clicked some pics together.

After almost half an hour, Perry and all of them came to my room. All of them complimented me for my look and I also gave them compliments for their look.

We clicked so many photos together - solo and group photos. After that, we all went towards the auditorium, First year was already there.

After some group performances of dance and singing, the snacks were served. And the DJ played music, we all danced together and enjoyed the party.

At 6 pm, the party was over and we went to the campus. We clicked photos with our batchmates and left the campus at 7 pm. Due to safety reasons, we ( all the girls ) were not allowed in the campus after 7'o clock in the evening. We were too happy today but also too tired as we danced non stop for an hour.

All of us went back to Nitika's room and shared the photos. After that, we went back to our room and posted photos on social media. Deera clicked my solo picture today so I changed my WhatsApp profile picture.
