Admitting Defeat

Compared to the first question, the second question was obviously much easier for Gan Jinchen and Su Chu. However, Gan Songbo had intentionally raised the difficulty, so the 100 medicinal herbs on the paper were not very common, which made the two of them rack their brains.

However, Jing Yunzhao put away her pen and handed the paper back to them when they were halfway through writing. 

Gan Jinchen was stunned. He finished writing again?

Could it be that he couldn't write for a long time and handed in a blank paper?

He calmed himself down and continued answering the questions. Half an hour later, Gan Songbo finished marking Jing Yunzhao's paper. The words on the paper were neat and tidy. Grandpa Gan did not leave any marks on the paper but filled in 100 on the corresponding form. 

Gan Jinchen's eyes almost popped out of their sockets. He snatched Jing Yunzhao's paper from her and read it clearly from top to bottom.
