Mother Mei fumed in anger as she walked into the room she shared with her husband.
Chairman Mei didn't lift his head from his laptop when she walked in and started moving from one end of the room to the other aimlessly. He could tell she wanted his attention so he decided to ignore her.
After she paced around the room for several minutes he finally raised his head. "Can you just say whatever it is you want to say so I can focus on my work?" He asked her with a frown.
"I never said I wanted to say anything." She retorted angrily.
"Okay, stop pacing then. You're distracting me." Chairman Mei said with a sigh before returning his attention to his laptop.
"Can you believe those kids? To think I kept asking them what was wrong this whole time and neither of them told me a word. They all kept saying nothing was wrong and now I'm hearing this nonsense?" Mother Mei started, making her husband sigh warily before returning his attention to her again.
