Yu Chen, still looking down, continued, "I know it's nothing much, but I just feel so small when I'm with all you guys. You guys can buy anything you want, but I always have to look at the price tag of anything that catches my attention. I just...." Chen's voice cracked up as a single tear escaped her eyes.

Chen quickly wiped it away and lifted her head to look in the distance. She gave a short sigh and said, "Anyways, it is what it is. No use complaining."

Si Xia at this moment spoke up, "I'm pretty sure you think your childhood was really hard."

Yu Chen: "uhuh. No. My childhood was awesome, but now that we are growing up, it kind of feels like it would be great to go back."

Si Xia: "You said that everyone in the group comes from rich families, I don't. Actually, I might, I have no clue."

Yu Chen was taken aback by his question. She looked at him and he gave a bitter smile, "Tell me the truth. Are you willing to give me a chance?"

Yu Chen: "Do you really want to know the truth?"

Si Xia: "Yeah."

Yu Chen looked directly into his eyes and said, "I'm a really stubborn person. So whoever I'm going to give a chance to will have to tolerate me for the rest of his life."

Si Xia wanted to speak but Chen held up her hand to silence him. She continued, "The truth is, whatever I feel, I cannot do anything about it. I'm going to London and think that I'm too young to think about all these things...So to answer your question, I am willing to be in your future, but not right now."

Si Xia looked into the distance and nodded. He said, "Thank you for being honest with me. I don't want to force you into something you're not ready for. And I'm willing to wait for you, I'm willing to wait forever. Because honestly, I don't want anyone else."

Upon hearing this, Chen's throat choked up. She put her hand on top of his hand on the railing and said, "You sure are stubborn."

Si Xia turned his hand and held Chen's hand. He said, "More than you can imagine."

They stood looking at the buildings from the rooftop for quite some time. Suddenly Chen shivered. The sun was setting and it was becoming rather cold by the minute.
