272. Disappointed!

"I was busy starting a revolution." Dragon straightforwardly replied.

"What happened to you, Dragon-chan? What made you so serious? You can come back and live on Dawn Island with Luffy now. I am more of an enemy to them than you." Alexander said.

"No, I will not rest until the world government comes down." Dragon stubbornly replied.

"Then what is your plan after taking them down?" Alexander asked.

This question made Dragon stutter, "I-I am only focused on bringing them down for now."

"Just like all other revolutions, yours has the same flaw. Do you know why I haven't destroyed the world government till now? Because they are the only chain that is still tying the world together. Remove them and the world will return to a period of constant war among various kingdoms.

"That is the reason why I am taking over various kingdoms before doing anything big. Many more will soon join me after the upcoming Reverie." He explained and continued.

"One more thing, what will you do if I am able to destroy the world government before you? What will happen to the Revolutionary Army?" He asked.

Dragon quickly answered, "We will disband. All the people in the Revolutionary army only joined after they were troubled by the world government. If you can deal with them then they will likely go to their homes happily."

"Hah, then I guess you'll be coming home soon. Are you sure you don't want to see your son?"

Dragon didn't say anything and just left. He actually flew away. ~Must be some devil fruit.~

Alexander returned to his ship and helped the people relocate to various islands under him. His territory not only includes some islands on the grand line but also nearly the whole of East Blue.

Alexander settled people in Goat Island, Organ Islands, Gecko Islands, and then finally Conami Islands.

But he found out that Conami islands were infested with pirates. So he decided to deal with it first. No pirate activity was allowed in his area.

He started looking in various villages on the island. Sadly, he found that many of them were destroyed. Though he did see one village with people living in it.

He walked in and started hearing some loud cries of children. "Bellemere-san?..."

He flew in the air towards the voice, the closer he got the more he heard. Along with the kids, a woman was also crying and speaking.

"I really wanted to buy you more stuff, like books and new clothes. I am sorry I couldn't be more of a mother to you guys." The woman said.

"That's not true."

"We don't want anything, just don't die. You need to see the map of the world I am gonna draw" The two kids cried.

"These are your daughters?" A shark fish-man walked to them with a devilish smile. Behind him, a big group of fishermen was standing.

"You have to promise to leave these girls alone." The woman resolutely said.

"Of course! as long as you die." The fish-man said. From behind, many villagers also came to fight them. But the Fish-man pointed his gun at the woman before they could do anything.

Just then Alexander came down from the sky, slowly hovering. Sunlight was making him look like an angel descending.

The villagers couldn't recognize him and fell to their knees and started praying,

~Dammit, not again~

"Get up you all, why the hell are you praying to me." He boomed. But the people didn't get up.

~Wait, are they seriously praying to me?~ he thought. Then he looked at the Fish-man.

"YOU? Weren't you on Fisher Tiger's ship? What is going on here?" He looked at the woman he was pointing his gun at, she was injured and two little girls were hugging her.

He walked up to her and knelt on one knee, he put his hand on her injuries, and everything got healed. "Tell me, why was he pointing a gun at you?"

Before the woman could say anything the little girl with orange hair started shouting and crying, "A-Arlong and his people force everyone here to pay a large monthly tax for our own survival, 100,000 Berry per adult, and 50,000 Berry per child. Mother was only able to gather for us two."

Alexander patted the girl, "Good girl. You are very brave. Don't worry, I will deal with him now."

He stood up and looked back. He released his conqueror Haki and all the Arlong pirates felt so much pressure on their bodies that their legs broke down. Including Arlong's.

He looked at them and angrily spoke, "You dare do this and expect for humans to treat you nicely? Can you say that these girls will not hate all the Fish-men because of you now? You all should be ashamed. Fisher Tiger and Otohime would be so disappointed in you.

"I will take you all to Fish-men island and all of you will face judgment there. But Arlong, I never expected a crewman of Tiger would do this. You dishonored his name."

Arlong and his men panicked after hearing his words. But Alexander just shut them up. He didn't have time for their nonsense.

He looked back at the mother and daughter with a kind smile, "I am sorry that your village had to go through all this. I will increase the Golden Justice Army's presence in the whole East Blue. I will also allocate two hundred million for this village and island's upliftment." He apologized.

Bellmere quickly got up, "Thank you, sir. You saving us is already enough."

"It's alright. I will go now." He started dragging all the fishermen behind him and took out the anywhere door.

"Wait, please deal with the bad Marine too. He helped Arlong." The orange-haired girl spoke again. She was really smart, knowing that Alexander could help them instantly.

"What is your name, kid?" he asked.

"Nami," She answered.

"Haha, Nami-chan. Don't worry about the Marine guy anymore, can you tell me his name?."

"Lieutenant Nezumi, he looks like a rat" she answered. He cast a silent Accio on the guy.

He appeared directly in Alexander's hand. "You fool. Take this letter and give this to Sengoku."

Lieutenant Nezumi wasn't able to understand what happened before he was also thrown by Alexander towards Marineford.

"There, no need to worry anymore, Nami-chan, here take these. Take care." He gave her and her sister various books and clothes. Nami quickly picked the one about geography and waved goodbye.

Marineford,

Garp and Sengoku were sitting in the office.

"Garp, that boy Ace already has a bounty on his head. What are you going to do about it?" Sengoku asked.

*BOOM*

Something crashed through the window. It was a man in marine uniform and he was already dead from being thrown with such huge force.

"Goddamit, this was my 60th window glass this year, when is he going to stop?" Sengoku raged.

Garp, on the other hand, noticed a note tied to the man, "Haha, I don't think he ever will stop. Look, this guy was a Lieutenant and colluded with Arlong pirated to harass a village and extort money. Well, this does prove that marines aren't doing the job perfectly and he is doing it for us."

"Shut Up, Garp. He is doing good but his ways are too violent and I now have even more responsibility since Commander-In-Chief suddenly vanished."

"Hahaha, I'm glad I'm still a Vice-Admiral." Garp teased him and left the office.

"Goddammit," Sengoku cursed alone in his office and started cleaning up.

Fisherman Island,

Alexander appeared in front of King Neptune.

"Hahaha, Old Man has come to visit me, it's time for a grand feast- jamon" King Neptune exclaimed seeing him.

"How are you, big boy? I caught these in East Blue, terrorizing a village and they were about to kill the only mother of two little girls of the same age as Shirahoshi-chan." He explained.

At the same moment, Fisher Tiger and Otohime came and saw Arlong. Alexander told them everything he found out.

Fisher Tiger was enraged hearing that, he went to Arlong and slapped him hard, "I knew you had hate in you but this much? After all the Queen taught us?"

"Huh, you disbanded the Sun Pirates. I was free to do whatever I wanted to." Arlong growled at Fisher Tiger.

Fisher Tiger disappointedly looked at him, "I never knew I was raising a snake in my own house. You will be punished according to the Law. You killed hundreds of people for no reason. For that, you will get death."

Otohime had no words to say. The torment Arlong had caused couldn't be reversed. "Shyarly would be very disappointed in you."

That was all she said and left. Arlong was dragged into prison to be executed in a few hours. Meanwhile, Alexander went to meet little Shirahoshi.

Though she was only little in age.

"Ayyy... Shirahoshi-chan,"

Shirahoshi came in floating towards him at full speed, Alexander increased his size so she could hug him. "Grandpa, I missed you so much. Please take me up there this time. I really really wanna see the sun and the Forrest."

She was too cute to refuse, "My Shirahoshi's wish will be fulfilled. I will take you with me this time, don't worry."

She was a very emotionally unstable girl and started crying tears of joy. Alexander has seen her grow from being thumb-sized to this. He really liked her childish behavior and cared for her as his own family.

"But let's get permission from your father and mother first."
