Kro War

Selene walked around,- "See this one here, the shorter bulkier one," she said pointing out the still tall 6'5" that looked more humanoid than the rest,- "This is Thakorr, Emperor of Atlantis, I turned him as soon as I infiltrated them. With his help I was able to find these wonderful deep-sea dwellers, turning them to my, our cause."

Theoric frowned,- "I told you I don't like this, I don't like how you're controlling them against their will."

Selene argued,- "I need, We need them, we need this army in order to fight against theirs, don't think it'll be easy to fight an army alone, this is necessary," she stressed.

Theoric smirked,- "Is that so?" He rhetorically asked, not missing the constant I's she kept throwing out before correcting to we, before sighing,- "Alright, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, but I expect them to be released after."

Selene grinned,- "Certainly, it's not like I changed every Atlantean either, only a few dozen, (Glossing over the Aqueos,) I mostly plan to use Thakorr here to command them, and they'll be none the wiser... We should get going though, I have the armies just underneath waiting for us. I only popped up here once I recognized who you were, we're on our way right now to confront them. We'll be taking the currents to travel far faster than anyone will expect and hit the Deviant capital Lemuria on the other side of the ocean. Where we'll then take the portal they set up to catch them by surprise. This is the best way I can get my hands on the one responsible before he flees, I can sense him already at Athens thinking I'm safely far away. This is an opportunity I can't afford to miss, so we'll be moving quickly without stop once we go, I must get to that portal before he notices what's going on, are you with me?"

Hearing her plan out, he agreed,- "Sounds good to me, do the Atlanteans have ships that we can ride in?" He asked.

Selene,- "Some, but not many, it is only in the past century, through interaction with the Deviants and the scientists of their race, that any form of advanced technology was developed."

Selene in a hurry to go paused when she felt her hunger hit making her instinctively look down towards Theoric before meeting his eyes. Realizing she was coming off a bit strong with what she wanted, she changed gears knowing it wouldn't hurt to spend a little more time to get him feeling better about coming.

Theoric distracted by the sea dwellers was amused to now find her snuggling closer and rubbing up onto him as he looked down with a grin,- "What are you doing?" He asked as she started rubbing his groin.

Selene grinned,- "Well I know I kinda just sprung everything on you and didn't really take you into consideration, how about I make it up to you?" She said seductively.

Seeing her abrupt change in pace didn't surprise him as much as she thought though as he rolled his eyes. He was well aware of what she was after now, and it wasn't necessarily an agreed-upon pleasure for the two of them, though he knew they would both enjoy it in the end.

"Come on, you know you want it just as much as me, I'll be sure to work you real good, and then I'll be at full strength for the battle," she whispered into his ear while groping him.

Theoric never one to say no to a beautiful woman in need was soon groaning in pleasure back below deck after letting the others know what was going on.

Shortly after with a fully satisfied Selene, they descended into the depths of one of the mainstream currents that would quickly take them right to their destination with their new army in tow.

Meanwhile back underneath Athens,

Kro was looking over the shoulders of Zakka working on the final touches of the portal.

"Are you almost done?" An irritated Kro asked, it was always one more thing, one more final touch, he was getting tired of hearing that.

Zakka tightening the last piece backed up, exclaiming,- "It's finished, General, ready to use by your command."

Kro grinned as he turned towards Taras, -"Good, now Taras how are things on your end, are we ready?"

Taras gave a humble small bow,- "Also ready for your command General."

Kro,- "Excellent, it's time, Taras get back in position and wait for further orders, your main task will be to unleash that giant should the Olympians make a move, but knowing them that may take a while, I hear they love to watch most days now rather than take any action of their own."

Taras gave a nod,- "By your will."

Sledge, who was waiting behind, approached slowly with his crutches,- "Shall I begin to make my move sir?" He asked.

Kro glanced over,- "Yes, take Ransak and go get rid of any loose ends we have above," he said then turned back to Zakka,- "Start the portal."

Receiving his orders, Sledge sauntered away with Ransak who was eager to finally shed some blood as he let out a morbid chuckle.

The portal was slow to start with the machine warming up as sparks began to crackle around it before the energy shot out from each pointed area, shooting to the middle where they merged and formed into an opening that expanded to the edges of the metal frame where it stabilized.

Kro peering through grinned all the wider when he saw the army waiting on the other side,- "It's our time, the time of the Deviants!"

He welcomed his Delta force through first, Karkas, a giant 8'3" red-skinned, black-eyed, deviant, covered with a tough, elephant-like hide over his entire body. Hairless with no outer ears, and has six claw-like single-jointed digits on each foot and hand.

Next came, Dragona, a blue-skinned, green-eyed, female deviant with bat-like wings on her back.

Then came Enigmo, a black-looking human deviant with a yellow mohawk and a scar across his nose.

And Toro Rojo, who has hooves instead of feet and steel bull-horns grafted to his skull.

"Welcome, welcome, my delta force, today is the day we take our first steps on the surface as rightful rulers of this world. We, Deviants, will bow no longer, hideaway no longer, let us take back what is rightfully ours!" Kro righteously said with a burning fire in his eyes.

"Lower the ramps and release the army, we attack now!" Shouted Kro.

Zakka pushing a button caused the ground under Athens central roads to shake as parts of them collapsed down into ramps leading to an underground tunnel network.

The closest people went over to check if the ones who fell in were okay before they all started looking down the tunnels where they heard the noise of marching.

Spotting the strange-looking army of people they've never seen before burst out of the darkness, slaughtering as they invaded the streets of Athens, chopping down anyone and everyone, those who fought or fled, no one was safe as pandemonium broke out.
