Heroic Summon: Gol D. Roger

Shiki did not expect that after 20 years to see that man, the man who made him taste defeat and embarrassment.

The man who is more famous than any of them from last generation, the only person who got in the end and found the last treasure, the man who is the last Pirate King.

Gol D. Roger, a legendary pirate who, as captain of the Roger Pirates, held the title of Pirate King and owned the legendary treasure known as One Piece.

27 years ago, Roger was approached by the "Flying Pirate" Shiki, who had learned that Roger had located an Ancient Weapon.

Seeing the opportunity, he asked Roger if they could join forces, as with his large pirate fleet and Roger's weapon, Shiki believed that they could take over the whole world together, even telling Roger that what happened between them in the past was forgotten.

Despite the urges of Buggy, Roger refused Shiki's offer and said that he wanted to be free to do what he wanted. Shiki announced that his answer meant the death of him, while Roger said it meant that he would beat him, and a great sea battle soon ensued between their crews.

The battle was resolved by a storm that happened during their fight, which sank half of Shiki's fleet.

In the past, Golden Lion Shiki got in a fight with Roger. Later, upon hearing news of Roger's upcoming execution, Shiki attempts to kill Roger himself because of his respect for his rival, he believed that dying at the hands of the weak Marines would not be honorable, even for Roger.

And right now, the person who he respects as a rival appears in front of him, Shiki forgets everything for the first time.

What he has right now is thirst, a thirst to win against his rival for so many years.

"ROGER!!" Shiki shouts and flies strength to Roger brandishing his weapon.

Roger looks confused, he looks around and sees new faces while he sees an old friend of his, he laughs and pulls his treasure sword Ace.

Ace is a cutlass that was owned and wielded by the Pirate King Gol D. Roger, serving as his trademark weapon. It ranks as one of the 12 Supreme Grade Meito.

Ace is a normal-sized cutlass with a slightly curved blade, with a saw hamon pattern adorned on the sides of the blade. It possesses a yellow hilt with diamond shape pattern, a golden guard, as well as a thinner hand guard running atop the hilt and a black sheath.

As one of the 12 Supreme Grade Meito, the quality of Ace's blade is ranked among the best, being one of the most powerful weapons ever created, rivaled only by a select few other weapons such as Whitebeard's Murakumogiri.

It was used by the Pirate King Roger during most if not all of his great exploits, from the God Valley Incident to his battles with Whitebeard, and was never shown taking any damage, which served as proof of its immense durability.

"Shiki!! "

Without any Devil Fruit ability, Shiki uses his Armament Haki covering Oto and Kogarashi covering it in whole.

Roger on the other hand covers his cutlass with Armament Haki, and by mean Armament Haki is not ordinary Armament Haki.

Xin notices the dark red color spark around his sword meaning his Armament Haki is already in the peak state.

Using all the force from his fly, Shiki slashes down using one of his swords while Roger on the other hand grabs his cutlass in both hands and smashes it towards Shiki.

The air is vibrating, the clash of haki is spreading, making the animal around run in fear, the seawater is vibrating while the whole island is shaking.

"Let's get out of here." Xin said pulling everyone and their items transferring to the nearest island to continue their vacation.

They leave Roger and Shiki on the island to fight on their own.

"How much time Roger can be summoned?" Xin asks Robin.

"As long as i want," Robin said.

"That's overpowered!" Nami who heard her answer can't help but exclaim, even her energy can't be used forever because each of them has its own bottom line.

"It's not forever, but summoning magic is pretty good, unless the summon defeated or killed the summon will release, the only drawback is summoned magic is random so even i call Pirate King is not 100% sure that Gol D. Roger will appear."

"Much more that Summon Magic consumes almost all of my energy," Robin said, if you look carefully, her complex seems pale but because of her unique training technique, her body is stronger than any of the girls here.

"But still, Summoning the Pirate King is impressive, I never expected to see the late Pirate King just now." Vivi said.

The others nodded too, they only heard and saw Gol D. Roger's photo in books and some articles but not in person.
