Training 3

Next day Austin and eevee were training hard. Eevee has the weight on while trading her control over her ice hidden power. She was given the mission to become proficient enough to split it at will. Also she still continues training her physical attributes.

Austin finished the morning run and attacking the target. He would only attack by punching the target. On top of that to increase his resistance he would tell eevee to hit him. He also practiced dodging attacks directed at him. His main focus was that he was trying to practice the move hidden power. He was searching the net on the computer and found that there are some moves humans can master. The effects of these moves are usually different from Pokemon.

He kept try to connect to the so called power. He just could not feel it. Austin called eevee for a break. He dished out some food which was basically dried rations and fruit, moo moo milk, and finally water. He then went back to meditate on feeling the energy. He kept trying till the sun set. After failing again he took the tired eevee and cheerful togepi to go eat in the cafeteria. Then they went to sleep.

The sixth day early in the morning Austin discovers that eevee was able to break the target with tackle. He thought this was impossible and had eevee do it again. What he noticed was the power released was more than what eevee could produce. There was even a recoil which would damage eevee a bit. Austin was surprised that this little guy actually learned take down. This amazed him so he added it into her program of moves to master by the end of the day.

Eevee's hidden power training went very well it was able to easily hit targets. She even managed to hit the stone Austin threw in the air. The best thing was that she was able to master separating the energy ball into 5 respective balls.

Austin, on the other hand, truly felt things were difficult. He still could not grasp the energy within. He took eevee back into its pokeball and went towards the northern gate. Once he left the gate, he walk away until the gate was barely in view, so he can release onix without much of a hassle. Onix was really happy to be out. Austin then led onix to hunt for food with eevee on his head and togepi cheering from the pouch.

Togepi showed improvement as well. It got use to not always being in the pouch. It also stopped throwing tantrums unless it was hungry. The best part was the little guy started to open up to others. The only other person was Phillip who was the closest thing to a friend. She seemed to start getting use to his presence as he always joined them for dinner in the cafeteria.

Onix found his meal which was a group of diglets. Austin noticed that one of the diglets had iron growing out of it. He then remembered that this might be the rare aloin version of diglet. In other words a mutant. Before he even had the chance to stop the huge hungry crystal beast. Onix charged and began to swallow the diglets starting with the Aloin Version.

Austin could only sigh, the good Pokemon he wanted were always eaten. He just ignored everything but told onix to find crystals to feast on. The more of these gems he eats the higher the chance he might evolve. The ore he wanted to help evolve onix was call diamond steel. He found it on the computer room under known ores. He believed that maybe his beast can evolve into a diamond steelix. Then it's strength will reach the likes of tyranatar half legendary monsters.

Eevee was trying to help Austin feel for his hidden power. He wanted to unlock it today as tomorrow he had to take his D-class test.
