They Escaped?!

"Ugh, where am I?" the nameless one said as he awoke. His head ached and he felt soreness with a bitter pain radiating throughout his body and muscles. When he looked around he finally realized he was in his home and Blu was by his side. He was relieved and thankful they were both safe. That was all that mattered at this moment in time. He managed to save his friend and himself from the other world he seemed to of visited and as he thought of this he asked himself, "Just what was that place.. why had everything changed so drastically?"

The nameless one couldn't quite wrap his head around this future he had visited. In his eyes this was another world of an odd variety. In many ways this assumption would be correct as this old world would now never come to be. He had changed his and Blu's future. But was it for the better?

"Hey Blu I'm gonna have to spend a little more time resting, but when my body returns to it's peak let's go search these woods for the rest of those black and purple furred beasts. I'm not comfortable knowing they are still out there. Blu shuddered slightly at the though but knew it was important to search for them first. "The nameless one understood after all this fighting that the beast king he let get away was cruel, vicious and it wouldn't stop until he was no longer an issue. So going forward he couldn't pull his punches anymore and needed too be just as cruel and vicious to exterminate this threat before it harmed himself or Blu.

Like this a week passed and he and Blu returned to perfect shape. During this week he planned out many ideas on how to draw out the beast king and using previous maps he made of the forest he pinpointed certain areas he believed could house this beast king and it's fellow black and purple furred beasts. It was time to go hunting and finally finish this lingering threat that constantly wished for his destruction.

"Just where did the beast king go?" The nameless one asked. It had been three bitter weeks of consistent searching with neither Blu or himself finding any traces of the beast king or the remaining beasts. They both would search large vicinities of the forest daily and then return home to prevent an easy ambush like before. They wouldn't fall for that tactic again and had thoroughly learned a valuable lesson. Even with this searching of these woodlands and all the time invested they had only covered close to half the total current forest. It kept expanding and didn't seem to slow down in size so it was becoming troublesome to search for this beast king still. They had searched all the locations where it would have been plausible to of hidden itself, but to no avail the beast Kings traces seemed to of vanished.

After the fight that day the beast king also learned a valuable lesson. It could not contest with this creature so easily. So it returned to what was left of its species, with only twelve of these beasts remaining and most of these twelve we're young and weak still. Two were adults but both females and vastly smaller then the two meter tall and muscular males. These female black and purple furred beasts had slender but powerful arms and wide hips with long round faces. They seemed to have evolved to be able to endure multiple child births without complication. In fact one female was currently pregnant with three children yet she could still move and be nearly as agile as the other.

They were truly a testament to their new race. Intelligent and powerful these beasts were far from giving up and with their hyper intelligent leader they left the home they had made, hiding the tracks they left behind and traveling for days nonstop to evacuate the forest. They would continue their travels for months until the came across an empty forest a few thousand kilometers away that seemed to of just started coming to life.

Once the nameless one had recovered, the beasts he so desperately searched for had already left the vicinity of the forest and were headed north to regroup and plan for a future attack when they we're strong enough. This forest they discovered was the perfect location for such planning and building of their forces.

With the nameless one having searched an additional two months he cancelled the search and decided to prioritize his efforts on defense. He would build weapons, befriend more animals that would assist him in case of an attack and help them to obtain food from the forest as well as safe habitats.

With this plan in mind he found many new creatures some of which had a fair amount of intelligence as well. A favorite of his was a pair of reptilian creatures who had armored red and blue scales covering most of their bodies. They had short tails and were able to stand on their hind legs for short periods of time to preform running tackles using the armor like a battering ram. They stood a whopping 2 and a half meters when doing so and he decided to call the pair Jek and Bek. A male and female but both were powerful and seemed to be built for a steady defense.

Another new species he discovered and befriended was an avian hybrid that had wings on it's back but only stood a meter tall. This species had light but powerful frames and had four legs with sharp talons that they would use to rip through trees and prey alike. They had short necks and narrow heads but sharp eyes and their green colored feathers made them beautiful to look at. Their were four of these beasts he befriends. One female he named Yin and three males he named Jin, Kin, and Pin. Something interesting about these beasts was a female would take multiple partners and was considered the leader of the group. She was also the largest and most powerful among them too.

As he began showing these new creatures he called friends how to defend themselves against ambushes and weapons he realized they each had their own specific languages that they had developed on their own. He grew increasingly excited seeing this hoping one day they would all be able to converse together. Maybe just maybe one day he could talk with someone and they would respond as well in kind. Looking forward to this dream He as well as Blu enjoyed the new friends company for the next few months as they all familiarized themselves together and learned of their individual strengths and weaknesses.

The reptilians he called Bek and Jek were hot tempered creatures but had overall kind demeanors when not provoked. The avians Jin, Kin and Pin were all ferociously loyal to Yin almost to a fault but this turned out to be okay as Yin had befriended the nameless one and Blu and other then the occasional jealous glances from the male troupe they were all kind and valiant creatures.

The nameless one decided these creatures would need names for their races. He named Blu's race first as a few more of her kind had also joined them. He called them Rahils. The reptilians he discovered he called Rogans and the avians he found he called Reffuns. Finally he knew those black and purple furred beasts needed a species name too. He named these Cenives.
