"Where is he? How could he have vanished so completely in such a short span of time?" the hybrid Shaman grumbled as he scanned the surroundings with his senses. Despite his efforts, there was no trace of the boy.

Unbeknownst to the hybrid, Danny had seized the opportunity created by Aquilla's confinement to deploy his bloodline ability, rendering himself invisible.

"Where are you hiding, boy? Are you so afraid after your bird was captured that you've resorted to hiding?" The hybrid's voice reverberated through the forest.

The hybrid pondered his options, his guard never wavering. He couldn't fathom that the boy had fled; he was convinced that Danny was lurking nearby, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Was it a concealment technique akin to his own, or perhaps a unique ability that granted invisibility?
