Shocking news

I stayed there the entire day. I couldn't sleep well nor think properly. I was more than worried, I was scared.

I was scared if something serious might happen to him. I was scared if I had to lose him.

The nurse entered and connected IV drops and checked his health. I stood beside her and watched what she did.

As I looked at him, I noticed some movement in his hands. I informed the nurse and she said she'll call the doctor. Taehyung and Hoseok entered in. I told them what I saw. I looked back at him and his eyeballs were moving.

He slowly opened his eyes. The doctor entered and checked him.

"Kook, why am I here? What happened?" Jin asked, while the doctor was writing the report.

The doctor looked at him shocked.

"Do you remember what happened before?" The doctor asked. He shook his head saying no. The doctor called me and Hoseok and we stood outside.

"Is everything alright doctor?" I asked, worried.

"Not really. I'm sorry to tell you that he has lost his memory." I froze in my place, after hearing it. I couldn't believe it. Hoseok was in shock.

"W-what? H-how?" I asked, tears flowing silently.

"While checking him, there was quite a serious injury in his head. But I couldn't confirm it, when he got admitted. But now, my guess is right. He's having a memory loss. He can't remember what happened 2-3 years back." The doctor said.

I broke down, completely. I couldn't believe it. It was beyond shock. We both headed in and he looked at me confused.

"Hoseok, who is that?" He asked, looking at me. I couldn't stay there anymore.

I headed out and leaned on the wall and cried. I dragged myself down and cried hugging my knees.

"Noona." Jungkook kneeled down beside me and I looked up at him.

"K-Kook, h-how?" I asked, not able to tell anything else.

"Noona, no one knew this would happen. But don't lose hopes. He'll gain his memory slowly and he'll remember you." He said.

"I never expected this to happen. How did it? He is always careful while driving." I said and cried.

No one's POV

While Y/n was crying outside, Jin was confused why he was here.

"Hoseok, how is everything going on? Our company's got back on track right?" Jin asked. Hoseok nodded his head, as a tear dropped.

"Hobi, why are you crying?" He asked worried.

"Noting hyung. I'm just happy to see you awake." Hoseok said.

"I still don't get why I am here."

"Hyung..." Jungkook got in, along with Y/n, behind him.

"Kook, tell me why I'm here. And who is that girl?" He asked. It hurt Y/n when he didn't know who she was. She loved him so much, she still loves him, but she doesn't want to put to much pressure on him by rewinding old things and he might probably not remember them.

"Hyung, you go into a small accident, that's why you're here. And this is Shin Y/n, a friend of mine. She donated blood for you, to get cured." He said.

"Oh. Thanks a lot for saving me." He said. Y/n just nodded her head.

"I'll get going now. I'll see you later." Y/n barely whispered and headed out.

She walked all the way home, crying a mess. She couldn't believe it. She lost the one who she loved so much.

She reached the bakery and Hye saw her crying. She approached her and asked her what happened, feeling worried.

"J-Jin has lost his memory, unnie. He doesn't remember about anything." She said and cried.

Hye consoled her and tried her best to comfort her, but Y/n couldn't digest the news.

Hye took her to the room and Y/n explained her everything.

"Y/n, you have stay strong now. I know how much you love him, but now, we don't know whether it's the end or start for something. But don't lose hopes on losing Jin." Hye said and patted on her.

She slowly fell asleep, worrying about Jin and by all the tiredness.
