I don't own Yugioh GX! This is my first YuGiOh GX story am I'm trying my best for it be interesting and exciting for all readers to read, review & enjoy. I put in some additional characters from Final Fantasy and made some new cards in this story which does not exist in any of the YuGiOh series, hope you guys don't mind.
Dante Winslow, sixteen years old, lives in the shadow of his mother, a famous and successful actress, as he tries to find his place in the world. However, one day his life takes a dramatic turn when he is diagnosed with an incurable terminal disease and given only a few months to live. Frustrated and worried, he decides to keep the news from his mother until one evening he encounters a man dressed in black who offers him help. Without hesitation, he agrees to participate on the GX-079 Project, a program specialized in creating superhumans. Unfortunately, things do not go as planned: the project was, in fact, specifically devised by a criminal organization with the sole purpose of exploiting superhumans for their illicit activities to gain power, obedience, respect, and glory all over the world. When the young man discovers the cruel truth, he tries to escape from the laboratory facility, but gets killed at the last moment, just as he reaches his way out.
The following day, he awakens in his room, and though believing he died the night before, he realizes that all his severed limbs have miraculously regenerated. Reflecting on what has happened back then, a notification window appears before him, marking a definitive change in his story, destiny, and life.
