In the year 2030 the leaders of the United States government made an agreement with the leaders of Russia to initiate the "perfect soldier" project. The project aimed to find ways to improve physical and mental abilities and eliminate everything they considered to hinder success in war missions, so they developed the Armageddon virus. When inserted in the human body the virus would spread and eliminate all the weakened cells, it would cure diseases and injuries, it would also increase the physical capacity, leaving the chosen ones faster, stronger, smarter and with abilities that could expand over time. The chief scientist who created the virus, Dr. Campbell, started testing the virus on animals like gorillas, monkeys and raposas, it was a success, so the chiefs of both countries decided that the time had come to test on humans, and that's when the world turned upside down. The shot backfired is humanity has paid dearly for the ambition of politicians, all that remains now are memories of a "happy" world is chaos has become our daily reality, now we are all survivors.
Kemisetso Tlou is one hell of a loyal friend who doesn't mind going out of her way to help her best friends, Nago and Leilana. Even if it means gatecrashing the house party of Declan, Nago's crush, who lives in the same estate as Kemi.
With her family overseas and having the house to herself, Kemi invites one of her best friends over, Nago, since Leilana is still on vacation with her family.

Before I started the story, I just wanted to let you know that this is in fact my first-time writing and an actual story that wasn’t just re-writing the end of another story for an assignment in school. The main reason as to why I’m writing this is because I’ve gotten a little bored scrolling through Webnovel trying to find an actually good story. Also, although I am a native English speaker, I’m young and will still make mistakes, so don’t be afraid to correct me or give me suggestions about where to take this story.
