His thought process is basically "MONEY MAEK FAST GO GO GO" After making himself a massive target, guaranteeing a hostile response and closing shop early, he goes home and rather than considering the consequences ore accepting "More than enough is enough" for the defenseless orphans, he goes and opens shop again for a second day. BTW, the defenseless orphan pulled in nearly $100k USD equivalent in the first day. Yeah... IRL? His brother and sister would be held for ransom - even in a first world country. He's literally begging for his entire family to get murderized.
