First mistake, nobody in konoha is actually named Tobias.. Naruto world is a Japanese themed universe so by using western names, you are ruining the nuances and the vibes of Naruto.

From what I read from your profile, I realize that you have a habit of pointing out whatever you dislikes. And also, the fanfic isn't complete. That includes the reason as to why I named my character 'Tobias'. I suggest for you to come back in a year in hopes that the story is complete and you'll be able to know the reason why I named the Mc Tobias.
Actually, that is the whole point of comment section and reviews, although naming a character with a weird name in Naruto is a bit of a turnoff, it is too much to give the fanfic a few stars only. Tobias is more acceptable than names like Kevin Uchiha or Amanda Senju, since there is a Tobi in Naruto, Tobias is acceptable.
