True, for quite a while now there have been no updates on many of the author's stories and it feels like they start a new one every 2-4 weeks

I don't tend to start reading any of them until they hit 25 chs because of this, and even then they all still tend to be in very early stages. The Nier fic for example feels like it moves at a glacial pace.
