Review Detail of Wolfieriddle in New Life as Harry Potter

Nothing makes sense in the book…how is Dobby in his house if he’s still in employ of the Malfoys ? If hes reincarnated how does he not know he has to give Harry a sock ? Doesn’ make sense.
