No. The goddess who reincarnated him purposely screwed him over by turning him into a female for her entertainment. However, he used the powers he got out of it and managed to learn full body shape shifting tk fox the damage.

The point was because I wanted her quirk as it was wasted on her. Secondly, he was turned into Momo against his will by a very immature goddess of reincarnation who finds the act of turning men into women funny. Him finding a way to put of it will be my way of expanding the plot past the MHA plot.
