The story has been good so far. The world building is great! I love how Javer character has a different kind of speaking (?) because he was from different region! it's a nice touch!

Oh it's the characters! I think you need to add more about their characteristics, their hair, eyes color, clothes. Because it's hard to imagine what they look like. I know your narrative is a bit different than mine, because you describe their trait "indirectly" with how they behave, etc. But it is also nice for once in a while to add their trait in narration.
