i think some of these author's were high on something while writing these ff because something's doesn't make sense a guy is reincarnated with king essence but he is a slave htf dose that make sense well I'm outta here

Yes and no. If the protagonist were a normal human, with no powers, no wealth and in dire straits, he would agree to be a slave because he has nothing to lose or trade with. Otherwise it is with a "human" with powers capable of breaking reality, with riches, immortal, eternal youth, beautiful and with a female body; he or she would not accept being a slave.

Yeah , that explains a lot , someone like me would probably be better of being a servant cuz no matter what I'm still normal and being devil will atleast give me some speciality . And it's not like a you are a mindless slave right , if that was the case then Kuroka would not have been able to kill her former master .

A slave is still a slave you know no matter how they are treated. The Slave (Peerage Members) are treated nicely because a happy slave is better than an unhappy one since they will be more obedient, but they are pretty much still a slave any reincarnated devil's choice is to obey their king or be a stray.

That's honestly makes sense when you put it that way , but doesn't it work both ways , if MC makes peerage then won't his members be also slaves . Also can't MC leave peerage after becoming High class devil, correct me if I'm wrong on this part . I haven't read the light novels . Ive watched the anime and read information on fandoms

I honestly don't get why people are so adverse to slavery that they can't recognize that slavery is only bad because of the treatment of the slave is usually inhumane. if all slavery was equal then if they were reborn as Asia Argento the choice between Diodora's and Rias' peerage wouldn't matter. I know Issei got his own set of evil pieces after becoming a high class but not sure if his situation was special or not.
