It you ignore the terrible translation, the story is mildly entertaining, sadly it was also written by an idiot. The title while interesting is a complete lie. The MC is not cautious in fact he often is the opposite and while he tries to sound or act smart, it just comes of as cringe and forced. For example the MC gets ambushed and talks into a trap, the shinobi before igniting the explosives under the MC's feet LOUDLY shouts out "YEAA TAKE THAT STUPID MIST SHINOBI" or something long those line and then he ignites the explosives followed by the MC somehow surviving and dropping cringe lines like "ha I survived EASILY!" or something like that. This story was written by someone who watched too many movies.
