Slight spoiler While i love the story and especially the fact titans are in it the start when he becomes the captain feels too smooth Unless that was in the training and was not mentioned Otherwise perfect

No it was a smooth transition from whatever he was doing in his past lofe to being a captain of a ship Also while not particularly uncommon he knew 24 hour clock he knew how to command people with basically no prior experience from the readers pov
