Review Detail of Alexander_the_grey in X-men: Soundwave

The story feels very rushed. The MC’s power development is fast and skipped. They also don’t seem to have the usual limits or drawbacks which usually come with mutant powers. The characters are kind of all off, with the relationship they have with the MC fluctating. The plot itself just jumps forward to things happening without allowing readers to get to know the MC or how he trains, gets to know those around him, how Xavier’s school works for him, what his relationships with others are and with little explanations for anything. Just hard to get invested when the MC just goes from one situation to the next at breakneck speed again just getting through with power boosts and whatnot.
