The grammar and the story so far is passable but the characters in the story are just way too unrealistic For example the hokage gives a kid who hasn't unlocked his chakra a s rank technique because the mc wanted one with reason being and I quote "you want strong Shinobi's right"

Re read chapter 5. The author says it's a metaphor for when a student learns techniques in the academy. Being able to use it thus unlocking the Chakra.
