Review Detail of Caesar_of_Oedon in HP: The Arcane Thief

Insane. Crazy. Bonkers. Genius. The writing quality alone blows me away. Next to no confusing or unecessarily long sentences/paragraphs, along with nearly nonexistent info dumps. And through all this, the author manages to make the characters deep and believable in accordance to their age. Even if you don’t like fan-fics (which I usually don’t), this reads like an original novel. Fans of the original HP books will be satisfied with the interpretations, and with the changes. Personally, I believe that the changes made have almost always enhanced the story and seem entirely natural. Also, if you haven’t read the books, or only did so in passing, or just watched the movies, you won’t find a lack of explanation (at least, I didn’t pick up on something that came from left field, although I’m a pretty big fan of HP so I may have filled in the blanks). Overall, 5 stars off the board. I haven’t read the other story this author has published, but I’ve read that this quality is to be expected. Keep up the good work.
