As the author I have very high hopes for this novel. I chose the warring state period because it allows me to be as creative as I want without worrying about changing any important events considering that not much was said about this period. Except, the story betweeen the Senju and the Uchiha clans, although there were still other clans fighting they were not really mentioned. In this time there was constant war between the different countries, they hired mercenaries, samurai, shinobi and assassins to fight for then. They did this as to gain control over other countries and to have more power, influence and wealth.
