3.5 for me On 20 chapters I read this fic has many flaws on grammar and misspelled words. But for me its readable base on my experience reading MTL novel but honestly your grammar and spelling sucks. Just heads up for people reading this MC is OP but author explain that he was limited by world power but he still OP. He has many abilities that he gets from pervious world he jump in like in Naruto, One Piece and Irregular in Magic school. He is born otaku but he isn't chasing woman left and write. That's new ever since I get an impression and I always read that some Otaku reincarnated fic always chasing woman left and write. But it still too bad he didn't even have one lover. Hope author try to improve your grammar and spelling more and please re read your chapter first. I get an impression that english is your first language, sam as I but I hope you still re read the chapters.
