if this is your first then I recommend playing it safe and stick to the story line. But if you feel confident then go for it. worst case you rewrite but i wouldn't want you to waste your time and effort only to rewrite it again. good luck =)

You could revive perfect cell with the dragonballs but honestly cell is basically just a low grade buu
