Thanks for your review. I'm not sure how far you've read, but if you're talking about letting the Voidshifter escape in recent chapters, I've already addressed that on Discord. Arrogance and carelessness are two different things. Just because Jake behaves arrogantly doesn't mean he's reckless. Need I remind you that his intelligence is, in theory, millions of times greater than a human's? Do you really think he'd screw up just out of overconfidence? If the Voidshifter was able to escape, it's because he was absolutely capable of it (whether in terms of reaction time, intelligence, reflexes, agility etc, the Digestor was in a state to react). Unless Jake had atomized him right from the start (which was not his intent, as Jake wanted at least a part of his body intact), his approach was sound. As for nerfing Jake, I really don't see what you're talking about if you're up-to-date with the latest chapters, because all I've done is showcase in various ways just how extraordinary his power has become compared to other post-Fourth-Ordeal Evolvers.
