It is cheating but I do not find him as trashy as characters who cheat on their girlfriends who are alive and well. This does bring to question though of at what point is alright for a person to move on if their partner who they are not married to is still in a coma? Like how long? Since any break up would kinda be one sided since the one in coma wouldn’t necesarily know
