Not going to lie, he should have treated Excalibur with that level of respect, even considering his personality and all.
hahahahh mission accomplished
Hmm, remember to use common sense—if you have any. He helped develop the game, meaning he’s responsible even if he didn’t directly commit a crime. Adding to that, he’s the second-in-command, which means he should have been one of the first to notice any issues. There’s a thing called quality assurance, which exists to identify and resolve bugs, gameplay inconsistencies, and usability issues before a game is released to the public. Do you see where I’m going with this? He should have noticed the game being tampered with before it was even launched. And considering his clear incompetence, his negligence makes him even more responsible and deserving of being held accountable. I feel bad for your parents
The author clearly has no understanding of Fate. This is evident in how they made True Magic seem like something you could buy at Walmart. Plus, the story is painful to read, and the characters feel completely out of place.
he’s at fault too for helping Kayaba. As second-in-command, he should have known the risks; if he didn’t, then he’s an incompetent fool whose only purpose is to be a scapegoat.
I'll give this a 1-star rating for ruining what made Gilgamesh, well, Gilgamesh. Seriously, it would have been better if you just self-inserted a transmigrator and gave them a Gilgamesh template instead.
This is the first novel I’ve read where Fate is nerfed to the absolute worst. Seriously, they make True Magic sound like something you could pick up at a candy store, and the nerf to the Root is even worse.
he's also a reincarnation of a God from a previous era
Knowing his recklessness, that’s very in character for him to say.
bruh this is not Gilgamesh
