1)Heaven’s will being fair in this moment meaning it will send what came the Fu world back, it’s not ethical or moral it’s just a simple system, it’s not a waste of energy as it will just send them back the way they came back (something that I will explain more in the future), a way that doesn’t care about the chaos, and if it destroys there soul it will be left with otherworldly Dao marks and we know it can’t use them and it’s actually not strong against them. 2)heavens will is trying to kill otherworldly demons, it’s literally harsher on them than the others, that’s why the otherworldly demons that survive for long like Fang Yuan or that sword path guy are extremely strong, it’s because they survived Heaven’s will wrath and that in return made them stronger, and for the TH case, it’s simple, it was Star constellations influence that made heavens will choose him, after all it could only influence it not completely control, cause if it did Spectral soul wouldn’t exist and the Gu world would be ruled completely by Heavenly court. 3)as I said in the chapter, not many people know about this fact, so it would make sense for them not to know it, also, I mentioned in the chapter how Fang yuan took Ning Zu’s offer because he had nothing to loose, he didn’t have friends or family or anything of the sort to make him want to stay, TH on the other hand had a family, a lover, a kingdom, he had every reason to, and to me, he wouldn’t want to go back as another person without any memories, and maybe that’s why he was searching for that door. Of course this theory is something I came up with, it’s not full proof, but I really like it and I think I can do something good with it in the story, so you can believe what you want friend, we are after all trying to comprehend what’s incomplete.
