It's not so much a secret that Julian the offspring of a Julia and Peter coupling in another universe but as to which Julia (Spider-woman or Madam Webb) will be answered in the future :D

If you're asking if he's going to get actually laid in the past in canon, probably not. If you're asking if he's going to get fans, yes, if you're asking if he gets a girlfriend that's potentially spoiler territory.

I started writing this story before rebels ended, but when I originally researched it interspecies kids was very rare in lore. Maybe you can chaulk it up to advance in medical technology, or them just going at it like rabbits when the cameras were off :D
