Did this give away the fact that Germany planning for a major offensive? Oh most certainly! Was France already aware of this fac? Absolutely! It would be foolish not to expect the Germans to be marching over the wire in the coming months as they had more or less cleared out every other enemy on the global stage they could currently fight.

Not to mention the damage inflicted on the Royal Navy, which would require a decade at least to fully recover from. This was a war which was going on far longer than they initially expected it to. And the home front was on the bring of completely breaking out into civil war.

Yet the men beneath Bruno's command did not twitch in the slightest. Two years of war in the Balkans for all the enlisted men had made them hard. Hard enough to endure what needed to be done. While the NCOs and officers above them had been by Bruno's side since the Russian Civil War.
