Also, for him thinking with his D? I'd have to disagree with that one. He went to the Ogre village to recruit them. He wasn't going there on a mission to catch Waifus. Though he was aware that Shion and Shuna were going to be there, and he is interested in them. He only let himself wander around and have fun once the ogres were busy discussing their plans. Right now, he is mainly focusing on setting himself up for the future.

In that case, this is not the story for you. The prophet stuff is how he will take advantage of his future knowledge and also gain influence in the world. So it will continue to stay relevant for at least some time. Won't be as repeated as the story goes but it will come up here and there.
