That's not what this means, though. Read it. Here, wisdom takes into account **both** IQ and EQ. One being intelligence quotient (reasoning ability, learning abilities, etc.) and the other emotional quotient (identifying emotions in oneself and others, connecting with others, etc.). Having a high IQ here does not mean you would have a high EQ; it would only raise your final wisdom value. Similarly, having a low IQ has no relation to having a high EQ; it would simply lower your final wisdom value. Since Sylas has a wisdom value of 10, we can deduce that both his IQ and EQ are high. If it were lower, something like 6, however, we wouldn’t be able to accurately tell which of the two, IQ or EQ, was higher just by looking at the wisdom stat.

Interesting first chapter. And this is just my personal opinion but there’s a few things I feel, could be worked on. —Info dumps, honestly there’s too much information being given here, specially from the get go where the reader hasn’t fully connected with hera yet, I don’t even know if I like hera yet and already I’m being told her whole family heritage lol. I think it’s be better for the info to be sprinkled along multiple chaps, where it’s relevant. —the switch to second person was jarring, it works well in visual and audio mediums where there’s a hidden narrator telling the viewer about the story but in word form it’s harder to execute. —you often jump from past tense to present tense and versa which I found to be jarring, I’d say keep to one tense, and preferable past tense as that seems to be more prevalent on here. —punctuation could use a few touches I think, missing commas. But yeah very nice first chapter, it was enjoyable [img=recommend]
