The more S-cells you have the easier it is to get stronger as a saiyan ( universe 6) but I remember that burdock became a super saiyan when he went back in time at 10k

Yh the MC is literally the most arrogant guy I've seen in a while. I just hope he isn't an utter wimp when he finally faces someone his match.

Not really, since he doesn't have any memories of being an adult at best he's just a very, very mature child with vast knowledge of the world he's in.
