What? Have you even read the manga, or even watched up to season 5 of the anime? I'm assuming that he's using the One For All from the latest version of the Manga, so this is actually very tame compared to the feats he's done. Even against Overhaul, he could destroy building easily with 100% of One For All, but with this dude's insane (too insane) body, he can do such feats with only a broken arm in return.

Yeah, shouldn't it be limitless?

Maybe add some basic skills, such as persuasion and such.

Maybe make it where he is a form of entertainment and has to entertain him, or as a bet with another divine being of authority.

What about Garou? Is he gonna be overpowered aswell?
